Preethi holds a Masters in Psychology, a Post graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and an Engineering Degree. She began her career as an Instrumentation Engineer before switching to HR. Her corporate career spanned 14 years across these roles in Indian companies as well as MNCs. After completing her Masters in Psychology, Preethi worked for 6 years as a clinic and case manager at a child psychiatry center in Bangalore.

Overall, the mindfulness sessions with Mentor Preeti has been one of my life changing experiences. Having mindfulness sessions with Preethi was the best thing I did in 2022. I got to know the practical approach of doing meditation and how to be Mindful in various activities. I feel more connected with myself and with my thoughts and behaviour. I am able to handle my emotions more effectively now. I would highly recommend this for everyone. In fact mindfulness should be in school and college curriculum, it will change the entire world.

We went through an eye opening 6 sessions of mindfulness training in various ways. Though it’s tough to practise in daily life, Preeti held our hand throughout , helping us with our blocks and obstacles and providing windows of opportunities for practise. This is a really late appreciation post for the mindfulness program I did with Preethi. It’s been months since the course ended but it left me equipped with techniques that help cope with a stressful day and also when really not stressed. The beauty of the techniques Preethi taught us is that you necessarily don’t need to find a slot, although ideally it helps, but for busy folks running from one To Do list to another, you can even do it while performing the chores. I , as a person, find it difficult to stay still, so there were techniques which I could adapt in movement as well. Preethi has a wonderful way of helping us introspect and look within to find sources of discomfort and come to terms with it. Her stories, anecdotal experiences are to the point, precise, and with dollops of humor across different situations. It was definitely a session I would look forward to. Plus, she continues on with daily support of group mindfulness sessions which are free for folks to join in later whenever they want to drop in. I totally recommend her program and think her approach is very inclusive, very receptive and definitely helpful.

I joined Preethi’s 8-weeks mindfulness programme, with no specific expectations on an outcome - because I had no idea on what a ‘mindfulness’ programme was. What I derived across the next 8 weeks was, extreme delight of having spent every hour, with great outcomes towards my EQ - to start-off with. Preethi is not just a good coach, but a great listener too. She taught is ways to build our mindfulness in our daily lives, with every move that we take. The understanding or awareness creation sessions are complimented with practical scenarios. You Have To - go through the sessions to get a feel of how this helps you balance your life well - it did to me. The best part - is the drop-in sessions that continue even after the course in complete. Thanks Preethi!

Best interactive program ,which shows various techniques one can use to practice mindfulness. Preethi is a great listener with a soothing voice and tries to ensure program is custom made for our needs . I have zero attention span, but preethi ensured I could try different techniques that could help me concentrate . One of the best course and I am glad I did it !! Definitely recommend everyone to give this mindfulness program a try !!

Very enriching experience. I used to practice meditation but had never learnt the various techniques. Attending this session helped me to learn and apply the various techniques. I can see benefits from practising these techniques. I also had a lot of questions which Preeti patiently answered and clarifyed.
