• How to bring in mindfulness in daily life

• Discuss the challenges faced in daily life and apply mindfulness tools and techniques
Week 4 – Mindfulness for going with the flow
• Experiential understanding that everything is constantly changing
• Guided meditation followed by Q & A
Week 5 – Movement based mindfulness
• Practicing movement-based mindfulness
• Guided meditation followed by Q & A
Week 6 – Mindfulness to nurture positivity
• Feeling Good, gratitude and the Magic of Music
• Feel Good technique, improving relationships & well-being, enjoying what is already there
Week 7 – Mindfulness for challenges
• Applying Mindfulness to Inner Opportunities and Obstacles we face in daily life
• Practice strategies to work with pleasant & unpleasant experience and to accelerate growth through practice
